Return Policy

In order to initiate the process of a return, please call us toll-free at 1-866-574-0855 to receive a return authorization number. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without this return authorization number on the label. Custom sized filters or bedding may not be returned. All items returned must be insured and include a copy of the original receipt. Return postage cannot be refunded. Customer service hours for returns are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST).

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 4% will be charged on all purchases shipped in Louisiana.
